TURNING EQUIPMENT:

• 4- Daewoo Lynx 200 CNC lathes with 6.000" chucks and 1.750" thru the spindle bore capacity. 6000 rpm.
• 1- Daewoo Puma 300 3" thru hole.  3500 rpm.
• 1 - Mori Seiki SL4 CNC lathe with 12.000" chuck and 3.000" thru the spindle bore capacity.
• 1 - Leblond Engine lathe with 12.000" chuck with 19" X 54" travel.
• Willis Engine lathe with 6.000" chuck and 5C collet closer with 12" X 36" travel.

MILLING EQUIPMENT:

• 1 - Haas VF6 CNC mill with 4-Axis milling and travels up to 64" in X-Axis and 32" in Y-Axis and 30" in the Z-Axis.
• 1 - Haas VF4 CNC mill with 4-Axis milling.
• 2 - Haas VF3 CNC mills with 4-Axis milling.
• 2 - Haas VF2 CNC mills with 4-Axis milling.
• 3 -  9" X 49" manual milling machines, Bridgeport style mills.
• 1 - Bridgeport EZ Track Series II Special.

SAWING EQUIPMENT:

• 1 - 13" capacity horizontal automatic saw.
• 1 - Marvel #8 Tooling saw.
• 1 - Roll-in Band saw.

WELDING EQUIPMENT:

• 1 - Linde 400 AMP wire gun welder.
• 1 - Miller Aerowave Heli-Arc welder.
• 1 - Miller Millermatic 250 wire gun.

QUALITY CONTROL:

• 1- CMM Discovery, 3 granite tables, 2 Optical comparators, hardness tester, thread and ring gages, pin gages, and dial bore gages.

We have various other secondary operations equipment including drill presses, tapping machines, and Hardinge second-op lathes.  We also have a surface grinder and other types of deburing equipment.
